Responsibilities:

• Working with customers in the showroom and on the phone
• Quoting customers on their layouts and discussing options
• Must be able to multitask/handle multiple people in a fast paced showroom environment
• Greeting customers and making a great 1st impression.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or other related fields
• Must have good computer skills, basic math skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook. Must be friendly, outgoing and sales orientated. Must be creative, have good communication and phone skills.
• A very presentable individual who is comfortable engaging customers and talking to people.
• Tech savvy with experience in MS Office Suite
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Forklift Operator Job Responsibilities:

• Use of handheld scanners or on-board computers
• Follow warehouse systems and processes
• Potentially load/unload trailers
• Delivers to and returns product from production lines based on daily production schedules.
• Uses various pieces of automatic equipment as needed, including forklifts, cherry pickers and narrow-aisle lifts.
• Performs replenishment & tasking functions to keep all operations and pick locations well-supplied. 
• Performs line setups and changeovers as needed.
• Shrink wraps and stages product to prepare for shipping. 
• Performs cycle counting and scrap functions to maintain inventory accuracy.
