Communicate load completion status and discrepancies to the outbound clerk or dispatcher. Maintain audit trail records for traceability and accountability.

5. Equipment & Area Maintenance- Conduct daily pre-inspections of equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks). Keep loading areas free of debris, shrink wrap, or obstructions. Report equipment or dock door issues immediately to maintenance or management.

6. Safety & Compliance- Follow all company, DOT, and OSHA safety regulations during loading and auditing. Wear appropriate PPE (gloves, safety vest, steel-toe boots, etc.). Participate in regular safety checks and audits.
