Job Opening: HR Generalist

Position: Human Resources Generalist (Permanent)

Location: Honolulu

Industry: Construction

Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 annually (depending on experience)

Parking: Provided on-site

Local company seeking a HR Generalist!

Job Duties:

• Create and implement all HR policies and company guidelines
• Implement HR programs to enhance workplace culture
• Establish recruitment plans and outline the company’s recruiting calendar
• Develop employee engagement plans and receive budget approval as necessary
• Institute employee performance evaluations and appraise pay scales accordingly
• Assist with drafting HR documents and job posts
• Create onboarding plans and training new hires on policies and procedures
• Work with PEO on employee benefits administration
• Maintain files and records for employees
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
• 3-5+ years of human resources experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience with HRIS software preferred
• Must be detail-oriented and organized
• Must be analytically driven
