Job Opening: Brake Roll Operator

Remedy Intelligent Staffing is seeking qualified candidates for a Brake Roll Operator Position located in Mayville, WI.

2nd Shift: 2:30pm – 1:00am Monday – Thursday – OT Mandatory – Can extend work days to 10 hours – Must work every other Saturday as needed to meet production needs

Pay rate: $22.37/HR

NOTE: Must Pass blueprint/measuring test

JOB SUMMARY:

• Perform production work on a variety of press brakes loading and unloading parts and basic inspection to ensure quality of the parts.
• Will not be responsible for machine set up or tear down.
• Will have the opportunity to acquire the skills necessary to advance to Brake/Roll Operator #2 classification.
• ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Responsible for the quality of the parts produced.
• Follow all rules regarding machine operation and machine guarding.
• Maintain simple reports on productivity, quality and safety.

 **INCENTIVE BONUS**

New Hire Incentive Bonus: $1000 in 3 payments ($200 @ 3 mo.s – $400 @ 6 mo.s – $400 @ 12 mo.s)*cant have any disciplines in that quarter Granted the Employee has no writeup in the quarter they would get the following payments: $200 after 3 months $400 after 6 months $400 after 12 months

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Physically able to do work requiring frequent standing, bending, lifting, pushing and pulling.
• Must be able to lift and carry, push and pull 30 lbs.
• Sufficient reading and writing ability to follow work order instructions and prepare simple production reports.
• Sufficient visual acuity (corrected) to read instructions, operate machines and inspect parts.
• Sufficient manual dexterity to operate the equipment properly.

Punch Press and Brake Department Required Tooling List

• Allen Wrench Machinist Square (12 or 24 inch)
• Tape measure (912Ft)
• Calipers, 8-inch minimum (Dial or Digital)
• Center Punch Scriber
• Ball Peen Hammer
• 15/16-inch Combination Wrench (Punch Press only)
• Protractor (Press Brake only)
• Tool Box for the above tools.
• **these would have to be obtained in a short time after hire if they did not have.
