Job Opening: Facilities Technician

Immediate 1st Shift Temp-to-Hire Facilities Technician Job in Clive, IA!

Pay: $21.00-$22.00 / Hour

Hours: 7:30am-4:00pm (Monday-Friday)

Facilities Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance on manufacturing machines
• Work on electrical, grounds, plumbing, and general repairs
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and wiring as needed
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed and materials used
• Plowing snow, ice removal, or controlling slippery conditions
• Assist in planning and implementing preventative maintenance programs
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

Requirements:

• Must have some exposure to electrical, plumbing, general building maintenance, and safety procedures
• Experience in manufacturing machine maintenance
• Able to read basic blueprints and schematics
• Ability to lift to 75 lbs.
• Physically able to work in extreme temperatures (hot & cold)
