Building Maintenance Tech Specialist Job Posting: Building Maintenance Technician Specialist, where you will not only handle hands-on maintenance work but also take on significant coordination and oversight responsibilities. Pay: 25.00

Hours: 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM  

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and oversee inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance/repair of building systems, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.

• Ensure timely repairs and maintenance to critical infrastructure and support systems.

• Install, replace, and repair various equipment and fixtures such as flooring, plumbing, lighting, and HVAC systems.

• Manage facility budgets, track expenses, and coordinate with external vendors and contractors for facility-related projects.

• Conduct regular safety inspections, provide training on safety protocols, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.

• Fabricate solutions and customize repairs to address unique facility-related challenges.

• Lead projects from conception to execution, ensuring they are completed within budget and timeline constraints.
