Job Opening: Warehouse Associate

Remedy is partnered with a marble and granite company located in Clarence in search of a 1st shift warehouse.

 Shift: Monday- Friday 8:00am- 4:30pm ( will be required to work Tuesday or Thursday 10:30am-7pm-* mandatory every week 

 Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour depending on experience

 Duties: 

• Material Handling:** Safely and efficiently handle, move, and store granite slabs and stone materials using appropriate equipment and techniques.
• Inventory Management:** Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records through diligent tracking and regular stock checks.
• Order Fulfillment:** Prepare orders for shipment by selecting the appropriate materials, packing them securely, and coordinating with logistics for timely delivery.
• Quality Assurance:** Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for quality and adherence to specifications, reporting any discrepancies or damages.
• Warehouse Organization:** Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
• Equipment Operation:** Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe manner, following all safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements:**

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the construction materials or stone industry.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment.
• Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) and following safety guidelines.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
