Local organization is looking for a part-time Fiscal Assistant to assist their accounting team.

RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

• Accounts Payable processing
• Filing/ Copying
• Verification of all necessary back-up for American Express account payments.
• Verification of proper allocations, signatures, and contract information for invoices.
• Knowledge of both SAGE and MIP fund accounting systems for data processing.
• Knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat software
