Job Opening: Account Manager

Remedy Staffing is Hiring for a Direct Hire Account Manager in West Des Moines, IA!

Pay: $39,000-43,000/year (DOE) + commission and full benefits

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8a-5pm

Job Duties:

• Creating new business opportunities by developing relationships with key decision makers
• Prospecting and qualifying new target accounts in your assigned territory 
• Scheduling appointments with prospects and clients
• Organizing day-to-day sales activity, optimizing productivity
• Successfully negotiating contract terms with new clients
• Maintain proper documentation of all required client files
• Meet daily, weekly, quarterly and years sales activity goals
• Manage a full sales cycle process
• Collaborate with internal service team

Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelors degree preferred OR 6-18 months related B2B sales experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Professional demeanor as presentations will often be in front of executive decision makers
• Problem solving and negotiating skills
