Immediate 1st Shift Temporary Human Resources Generalist Job in Clive, IA!

This is a contract position for 3-6 months, possibly turning into a full time position.

Starting Pay: $17.00-$18.50/Hour

Hours: 7/8am- 4/5:00pm

Duties:

• Scheduling, screening & testing applicants
• Conducting new hire orientations. Scheduling drug screens
• Completing all new hire paperwork and documenting
• Ability to work with entry level, manufacturing candidates
• Work with site supervisors on all cycles of employment

Requirements:

• 6-12 months basic recruiting/human resources or benefits administration in the manufacturing sector
• Experience with onboarding requirements
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask
