  • Help develop and implement strategic sanitation program, pest control program, policies.

  • Conduct inspections of factories from the perspective of pest control and food safety and provide instructions or make requests to relevant departments for countermeasures as necessary.
  • Maintain good communication with subordinates, peers and other members of management.
  • Train and set safety and pest control goals for sanitation and pest control staff.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent planning, implementation and reviewing skills
  • Problem solving and troubleshooting capabilities 
  • Excellent record keeping/documentation skills

Education and Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science degree (preferably in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related), or 2-3 years’ experience in sanitation, pest control, or processed food company.
  • Previous leadership experience in a federally regulated food processing, pest control environment (At least 1 year)

Working in a heavy industrial facility manufacturing large diameter pipe for subterranean oil and natural gas pipelines. There is a wide range of positions available from welding, grinding, inspecting, preparing pipes for shipment and many others. In this setting employees will be expected to operate in a physically demanding environment. Most positions are indoors, but are not in climate controlled environments. Position Overview:

Under close supervision, performs the assembly of electrical components per the drawings and attached documentation to meet customer specifications while ensuring safety and quality standards. This includes a wide variety of repetitive and non-repetitive mechanical/electrical subassembly and assembly operations of a semi-skilled nature to produce products.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assemble components to top level assembly per drawing and procedures.
  • Makes accurate mathematical calculations and uses precision measuring instruments as required.
  • Uses a variety of hand & power tools (i.e. arbor press, soldering iron, electrical wire strippers) to perform skilled fitting and assembly work.  Inspect parts and performs basic tests.
  • Prepare products for final testing which include strip, tin, and labeling.
    • Perform hand soldering using a soldering iron (tinning operation)
  • Performs basic testing, assembly and or disassembly of assemblies using both traditional and non-traditional tooling such as multi-meter, screwdriver, torque wrench, standard wrench, etc.
  • Reworks and repairs defective units rejected by inspection or test personnel.
  • Support stockroom kitting of materials for electrical assembly
  • Recommend process improvements in production methods, equipment performance, and product quality and employee safety.
  • Actively participate in team problem solving methods for product quality enhancements.
  • Learn entry-level material transactions and labor reporting on MRP planning system.

  • Understand the needs of the client by solidifying client relationships by regular calls/visits, and correspondences.
  • Establish and confirm rates and term agreements with clients prior to initiating an order.
  • Serve as an on-call representative after hours, responding to any work-related emergencies via email and/or phone.

Associate Relations:

  • Work as a team to support your client partner in their absence to handle overall associate retention and relationships.
  • Oversee and work with your client partner to coordinate associate interviews, job confirmations, and job offers.
  • In your client partner’s absence, handle associate’s complaints, grievances, questions, and concerns. Refer all HR issues to Director, Staffing & Operations.
  • With your guidance assist your client partner in counseling and terminating associates when necessary.
