As a Diesel Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently by performing diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on a variety of diesel engines. This position requires a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as a commitment to safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with heavy-duty trucks and machinery, as well as a passion for troubleshooting and problem-solving. Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines and related equipment
  • Diagnose mechanical issues using various tools and techniques
  • Replace and repair components such as fuel injectors, starters, and transmissions
  • Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed
  • Collaborate with other mechanics to accomplish team goals
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior mechanics when necessary

 

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; certification in diesel mechanics preferred
  • Proven experience as a diesel mechanic or in a similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electronic systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with diagnostic equipment and tools for diesel engines
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

We are seeking to hire a temporary Assembly Assistant for our valued client in Lake Mills, WI!

Let’s talk about the available shift:

  • 1st Shift Assembly Assistant works Monday – Friday; Flexible hours but must be between 5am-5pm; 30 hours a week
  • This is a temporary position that will last between 3-6 months

The Pay for the Assembly Assistant:

  • 1st Shift – $16/hr
  • Over time pay is paid at 1.5x your rate, after 40 hours per week is worked

Job Duties of the Assembly Assistant:

  • Use a puck to stabilize product/fixtures
  • Spray flux onto product
  • Rotate pucks under a heater on soldering machine
  • Soldering machine does all the work – just need someone to maintain/operate it

Job Requirements:

  • No specific experience required; however manufacturing experience preferred
  • Must be OK with repetitive work
  • Ability to work with your hands
  • Stand/walk for full shift
  • Lift up to 50 lbs.
  • 20/20 Vision or Corrected to 20/20 Vision (glasses, contacts, etc.)
  • You will be working in a manufacturing facility; standing, lifting, stretching, twisting, bending, gripping, and grasping during the entire shift

Job Description:

As a Warehouse Technician, you will be responsible for the coordination of the stores on-site activities, handling receipt, stocking, and shipping of products; staging and delivering customer orders; and all transactions with the business and local vendors.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Warehouse (includes some delivery)

• Using material handling equipment, inbound and outbound shipments, loads and unloads trucks, locates and picks material into/out of warehouse racks and between locations, Log inbound freight (UPS, Federal Express, Airborne, DHL).

• Safely operates assigned material handling equipment. Ensures that all equipment in use has been inspected and is in safe operating condition. Reports all accidents and unsafe conditions to supervisor.

• Stocking and arranging of product to ensure warehouse turns of inventory.

• Determines accurate material quantities by cycle counting.

• Receives material into inventory, move material by quantity between designated locations, and locate/pick material to/from warehouse locations as required. Ensures accurate part number, quantity, and other data fields entries that impact electronic records of receipts, inventories, location; Resolves discrepancies with material quantities, part numbers.

• Locates parts insuring that pallets are stable, observing pallet heights, material, racking and equipment are not damaged, and material is not left in aisles.

• Practices safe material handling techniques.

• Performs housekeeping as assigned.

• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required
