Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

? repairs and maintenance of physical structures of apartment units

? using hand tools and power tools

• Upkeep various apartment buildings.

•Painting -Replace electrical fixtures

• Working with 3-phase and controls interpreting basic blueprints and schematic
• Lift to 75 lbs
