Duties:

• Task the maintenance team with responsibilities
• Schedule maintenance staff
• Work with contractors on facility/equipment repairs, as well as ordering supplies
• Update maintenance programs as needed
• Operate the building automation system
• Conduct reviews on LO/TO programs
• Make sure facility follows compliance
• Assist facilities manager

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years industrial mechanic experience
• Minimum of 3 years in supervisory experience
• 1st class stationary engineer license
• Universal refrigeration license

• Has or has the ability to obtain an EPA Universal Certification
• Ability to obtain Engineering License within a year of employment
