The Pay for Production Sorters:

• 1st Shift - $20/hr

Job Duties of the Production Sorter:

• Quality Control
• Examine metal packaging (cans) to ensure no defects
• Scan code
• Utilize black light to obtain serial code when necessary
• Document/track defects within inventory
• Inform leadership on common defect trends

We are seeking to hire Part Time Pickers/Packers for our valued client in DeForest, WI!

Let's talk about the available shift:

• 1st Shift Part Time Pickers/Packers work Mondays 9am-6pm with an hour lunch OR 9:30am-6:00pm with a half hour lunch, Tuesdays 8am-5pm with an hour lunch or 8:30am-5pm with a half hour lunch; as peak season arrives, Wednesdays will be added

The Pay for Pickers/Packers:

• 1st Shift - $17/hr

Job Duties of the Pickers/Packers:

• Use an RF Scanner to pick the correct product, in the correct quantity, and place the products in a tray.
• Strong attention to detail required ensuring accurate items are being picked.
• Maintain inventory, organizing shelves, informing leadership of any missing/low product items.
• Once an order has been picked and it's compiled on a tray, double check to ensure the entire order is correct.
• Once order is confirmed to be correct, place it on the conveyor belt for the Pharmacy Tech's to enter it into the system. Pharmacist on duty will then do final Quality Assurance and pass the produce onto the Shippers when it's been validated as correct.
• Minor packaging duties.
• Other general warehouse duties as assigned (cross training into shipping/receiving duties, etc...)

Job Duties of the Fabricator/Welder:

• Use press breaks to Shear/Form material. Operates Plasma Cutter and Track Torch to cut, shape, form material. Weld product components, subassemblies, or units.
• Operate welder to weld components.  Visual inspects final product for conformance to established quality standards and blueprint specifications.
• Utilize, Read and Comprehend Blue Prints and Layouts.
• Cut, Shear and Form Material.
• Operate a Plasma Cutter and Track Torch.
• Understand and conform to establish manufacturing processes.
• Complete required welding and inventory documentation.  Report inventory discrepancies.
• Operate required hands tools, torch and plasma cutter.

• Vocational diploma in welding or min. of 3 years production welding exp. preferred
• Experience in gas metal arc welding and flux cored arc welding preferred
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, blue prints, welding symbols, geometric tolerancing and dimensioning, welding documentation and short correspondence
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Ability to operate various equipment including welder, torch/plasma cutter, assorted hand tools, impact, squares
• Knowledge of MIG & TIG welding
