Remedy Staffing is looking for a Bilingual Staffing Assistant for our Southside Office!

Bilingual Staffing Assistant 

 Job duties consist of but are not limited to:

• Providing excellent customer service to all visitors (applicants, active associates, and clients)
• Assist all new applicants with online applications
• Build and maintain applicant and associate relationships
• Fully process and orientate all new hires
• Answer all incoming calls in a timely manner
• Maintain daily traffic logs
• Ensure all pertinent information is entered accurately and on a daily basis
• Assist the recruiting team with bringing in traffic and filling open orders
• Maintain a clean and organized office environment

 Requirements:

• Ability to read, write, and speak English and Spanish
• Computer knowledge is a MUST (Word, Excel, Outlook, Typing)

***Please note that this office is very busy and does require the ability to multi-task and all while providing a very pleasant personality***

Schedule: Monday - Thursday will be 8AM - 5PM and Saturday will either be 545AM - 12PM or 12PM - 615PM (will explain during interview process). Off days will be Friday and Sunday.

Rate of Pay: $16.00

Building Maintenance Tech Specialist Job Posting: Building Maintenance Technician Specialist, where you will not only handle hands-on maintenance work but also take on significant coordination and oversight responsibilities. This role is perfect for someone who excels in facility management and thrives in a leadership position, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our manufacturing facility.

Pay: 25.00

Hours: 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM  

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and oversee inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance/repair of building systems, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.

• Ensure timely repairs and maintenance to critical infrastructure and support systems.

• Install, replace, and repair various equipment and fixtures such as flooring, plumbing, lighting, and HVAC systems.

• Manage facility budgets, track expenses, and coordinate with external vendors and contractors for facility-related projects.

• Conduct regular safety inspections, provide training on safety protocols, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.

• Fabricate solutions and customize repairs to address unique facility-related challenges.

• Lead projects from conception to execution, ensuring they are completed within budget and timeline constraints.
