Daily Requirements

• Unload trucks in a safe and timely manner.

• Insure chip spinner is off when swapping trailers.

• Place materials in correct locations.

• Check all machines for stock requirements to insure they have enough material to last 3 shifts.

• Transport material to correct machines for the correct jobs. • Complete all SAP transactions accurately.

• Maintain correct Inventory.

• Complete all 5S requirements.

Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. 

Picking Associates: 

• 85% Pick orders from inventory and deliver to packing area for shipment.
• 10% Assist Receiving Department by stocking incoming product on warehouse shelves.
• 5% Assist Gift Wrappers pick orders, as necessary.

Packing Associates:

• 85% Pack and prepare orders for shipment ensuring proper box and packing materials are used to prevent damage.
• 5% Restock packing materials as needed to ensure productive work-flow.
• 10% Perform other duties, as assigned.

Additional duties may be assigned

 Environment:

• Temp controlled location though may get cool in winter and hot in summer, small warehouse with different tasks from day to day
