Summary/Purpose

The Machine Loader will load and unload O.D. or End grind equipment in the department and operate deburr stations.

Essential Duties and Accountabilities:

• Be able to 100% deburr while setter is changing set-up’s. 
• Assist setters in locating master from the gage room. 
• Look at job assignment boards and have next container available for process. 
• Move work upon completion to the next operation. 
• Complete proper paper work for production purposes.
• Responsible for all 5-S and general housekeeping daily. Perform major cleanup on the line as required.

Document Scanning -

• Sorting and/or preparing hard copy records for scanning – document preparation
• Scan hard copy files to electronic images. Ensuring a quality image.
• Experience candidates working with software programs who have excellent scanning and data entry skills

Data entry-

• Transfer data from paper formats into database systems
• Type in data provided directly from customers or other parties
• Create and manage spreadsheets with large numbers of figures
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents
• Update existing data

Document Prep- 

• Prepare documents for scanning (prepping) by removing staples, removing paper clips, taping ribs, inserting cover sheets, counting, numbering, and identifying different document classifications.

Accuracy is a must!
